Deeper aromas include stewed peach, dried cherry, raisin and prune, with touches of cinnamon, maple, roasted pecans, orange peel and milk chocolate. PALATE: Sweet and rounded at first, showing butterscotch, vanilla frosting, honey, toffee and brown sugar. The texture is oily but comparatively light and elegant. FINISH: Medium-to-long, beginning with sweet oak, vanilla and butterscotch before moving into cinnamon, black pepper and toasted char. Dried fruit, orange peel, tobacco and roasted nuts may linger after the sweeter flavors fade.
