Dark sweets: toffee, brown sugar, caramel with hints of citrus zest & mint. PALATE: Rich, oily mouthfeel with high intensity. Black pepper, rye spice, and anise with layers of caramelized sugar / brûlée, dark fruit (cherry, dried cranberry) chocolate & molasses. Subtle herbal complexity + toasted grain. FINISH: Long, warming, and spice-driven. Oak, pepper, and char with lingering honey, vanilla, and burnt sugar. Extended rye herbal + citrus peel notes NOTES: Think “hazmat-adjacent, hyper-aged, single barrel rye” meaning a less grassy rye and more of a dessert + oak + spice bomb!
