PALATE: Silky, smooth, and light-bodied. Core flavors of orchard fruit (apple, pear), vanilla cream and the subtle complexity of cedar, chamomile, light spice. FINISH: Clean, soft, and medium length. Lingering light oak, white pepper, faint fruit sweetness. NOTES: 40% ABV (80 proof) and with a style that is very light, smooth, and approachable.
