George Dickel × Leopold Bros – Collaboration Blend Rye Whisky Tullahoma, Tennessee and Denver, Colorado, USA NOSE: Highly floral, with lavender, elderflower and rose accompanied by maple syrup, marshmallow and cocoa. Red fruit, raw honey and citrus add brightness, while subtle herbs and malt provide depth. PALATE: Rich, creamy and oily. Rosewater, blackberry, fig and caramel lead into lavender, candied citrus and dark chocolate. Mint, pepper and savory herbal notes supply the characteristic rye spice without overwhelming the sweeter fruit. FINISH: Long, oily and warming, with Earl Grey tea, honey and cocoa. Citrus peel, menthol, dark fruit and lingering peppery rye spice remain after sweeter notes fade.
