Bib & Tucker — 8-Year-Old Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon Columbia, Tennessee | 100 proof NOSE: Vanilla custard layered over seasoned oak, creating a creamy sweetness balanced by mature wood spice. PALATE: Crème brûlée, leather and hickory, followed by dried apricot and honeysuckle. Structured and complex without becoming overly sweet. FINISH: Long and warm, with sweet oak, allspice and orange blossom. AWARDS: Gold, 92 points — 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. NOTES: Bib & Tucker’s first bottled-in-bond release. It was distilled during the spring 2018 season at Tennessee Distilling Group, aged eight years in new American oak and bottled at exactly 100 proof. It uses a Tennessee high-rye mash bill, undergoes the Lincoln County charcoal-mellowing process and receives only minimal non-chill filtration.
