The Walleye Run 7 Year Double Barrel Malted Rye is a "very small batch" (Batch 2025-1) whiskey produced by New Holland Spirits in Michigan. Distilled from a 100% malted rye mashbill, it is aged for seven years in Char 3 barrels before being finished in toasted oak barrels and bottled at 105 proof (52.5% ABV).
