PALATE: Sweet malt, powdered vanilla, and baking chocolate, with a smooth mouthfeel that transitions to a creamy and drying finish. FINISH: Lingering notes of malt, chocolate, & chalky oak, with earthy tones and dashes of fruit. Overall, the high-barley mash bill and finishing in Dragon’s Milk stout barrels impart flavors of stone fruit, sweet malt, butterscotch, fresh bread w/ stouted oak.
