PALATE: Burnt honey and rich caramel, pie crust / baked pastry , toasted pecan with dark cherry fruit and layered oak from triple finishing. FINISH: Long, spice-forward finish with baking spices (cinnamon, clove), lingering toasted oak and dark fruit with a slight smoky-sweet fade. NOTES: It’s like Crème brûlée + toasted pecan pie + dark cherry spice! What Makes Pipe Dream Toasted Unique? Triple Finish (Toasted Barrels) that are finished in multiple toasted oak barrels that adds dessert sweetness, spice depth and a heavier mouthfeel. A dessert-Driven Bourbon Style that leans much more toward pastry, caramelized sugar and toasted nuts than standard Pipe Dream. Still easy drinking but more layered and complex than the core release.
