PALATE: Soft and evolving fruit character through the mid-palate, vanilla bean and caramel apple with sweetness reminiscent of light brown sugar or custard with gentle baking spices layered with fruit. FINISH: Long mid-palate before the finish emerges. Spices transition to chai-like warmth and black pepper with lingering notes of Fuji apple and spiced pear that ends with a balanced caramel sweetness against warming spice. NOTES: Blended from multiple barrel types, including: Virgin oak, Ex-bourbon barrels, Wisconsin brandy barrels, Cognac casks and calvados casks. This multi-cask finishing contributes to the whiskey’s fruit-forward, spice-driven complexity and dessert-like sweetness.
