PALATE: Full-bodied and rich; fruit, caramel, cream, nougat, cola, toasted biscuit, citrus, coffee and honey. FINISH: Long and warming, developing French-oak character, lingering sweetness and rye spice. NOTES: The whiskey is an eight-barrel blend aged 12 years in once-used bourbon barrels, followed by approximately one month in French Limousin oak.
