NOSE: Rye-driven spice, especially black pepper and baking-spice character. Caramel, vanilla, and light oak / charred-oak undertones.
PALATE: A clear rye-spice backbone (pepper, baking-spice, rye-heat) balanced with caramel sweetness and vanilla. Seasoned oak and wood-derived depth — the oak gives structure and some dryness that keeps sweetness from being cloying.
FINIDH: Medium-long finish, with rye spice and oak dominance, tempered by lingering caramel / subtle sweetness. Overall mouthfeel tends to be more “balanced” than heavy — not oily or syrupy, but sturdy enough to feel like a “classic” bourbon sip.
