Notes: Shibui 10-Year Single Grain Whisky is a Japanese whisky distilled at the Shinzato Distillery in Okinawa, Japan's oldest distillery established in 1846. This expression is crafted using Indica rice and Okinawan black koji, distilled in stainless steel pot stills, and matured exclusively in American ex-bourbon barrels for 10 years. This whisky's harmonious balance of sweet and spice, along with its rich tropical fruit notes, is exceptional.
