Toasted vanilla, citrus (orange, lemon zest) with clove and light smokiness. PALATE: Baking spices and cracked pepper. Brown sugar and caramel with herbal / earthy notes with tobacco and subtle oak tannin. A balance of rye spice + sweetness + herbal complexity. FINISH: Soft and balanced, orange blossom honey, tropical fruit, lingering French oak dryness. The finish is refined and slightly exotic, not heavy or overly sweet NOTES: Part of Angel’s Envy’s Cellar Collection — highly limited annual releases known for experimental finishing techniques. Strong critical interest due to: French oak finishing (rare in American whiskey) and tequila barrel crossover (in newer versions). It blends the high-rye spice of a 95/5 mash bill with the sophisticated, dry, and sometimes vegetal notes of the tequila barrels.
