PALATE: Flavors of dried orange, sweet lemon, strawberry, pecan pie topping, burnt sugar, cinnamon, leather, and oak. FINISH: Sweet and fruity with notes of orange citrus, cinnamon, crème, Dr. Pepper, and oak. NOTES: Crafted by blending 16 seven-year-old bourbon barrels distilled at MGP in Indiana and aged in Kentucky. This batch includes both 21% and 36% high-rye mash bills, finished in a combination of new & used charred and shaved, toasted, and re-charred (STR) barrels limited to 2,700 bottles.
