PALATE: Bold rye spice, toasted biscuit, fresh baked rye bread, butterscotch, honey, maple, hazelnut, cinnamon candy, orchard fruit with the sweet Iowa corn balancing the peppery spice for a rich, rounded mouthfeel. FINISH: Medium-long, dry baking spices, honey, toasted grain, mint, cedar, lingering black pepper with a warm oak finish.
