PALATE: Pronounced rye spice, cracked black pepper, caramelized sugar, cooling mint, and subtle citrus. An excellent balance of sweetness and lively spice. FINISH: Lingering peppery spice, almond, polished oak, and a refreshing mint-caramel fade. NOTES: Introduced in 2026 as part of Penelope's Classic Series. Mash bill: 93% rye and 7% malted barley. Exceptionally high rye content creates pronounced spice, herbal character, and refreshing mint notes.
