Finish: Spice notes lingering amongst medium oak mid with lingering citrus.

Notes: Special blend made with the Master Blender of J. Mattingly 1845 and we named after the founders of Cedarburg who In 1844, Frederick Hilgen and William Schroeder, who built a wooden gristmill on the west bank of Cedar Creek in what would become the City of Cedarburg. Mashbill is 95% rye & 5% malted barley. Aged 7 years at 117 Proof.
