PALATE: Pleasantly woody, with accents of spice, smoke and nutmeg - sweet entry with toffee, honey, toasted nuts, subtle spice. FINISH: Long, sweet, slightly toasty. Soft and lingering with caramelized sugar and gentle oak. NOTES:: Aged about 5 years in American oak, then finished in Adictivo tequila barrels. 40% (80 proof).
