PALATE: Rich vanilla, marshmallow, toffee; deep sweet-oak interplay; some note brown sugar, caramel, and less of the classic “banana” note often associated with JD. FINISH: Lingering brown-sugar sweetness, seasoned oak, and in some reviews, tobacco or toasted oak flavors.
