PALATE: Dark sweet cherry that builds to cracked black pepper, brûléed sugar & oak. FINISH: Rich cherry syrup and delicate vanilla notes fading into warming clove and cinnamon for a lingering finish. NOTES: A mash bill of ~ 94% rye / 6% malted barley. It is produced in small batches (30 barrels or fewer per batch). Bottlings are often at barrel strength or cask strength while being uncut, unfiltered.
