Leather and dark fruit aromas with subtle hints of molasses and toffee developing as it opens up. PALATE: Toasted grain and vanilla with caramel and butterscotch sweetness coupled with layers of oak, dried fruit, and baking spice. FINISH: Medium-long, warming finish. Honeyed sweetness with charred oak with lingering baking spices and light molasses. NOTES: Releases are very small (sometimes only 3 barrels per batch) focusing on well-aged Kentucky bourbon stock as this highly-regarded, limited-production Kentucky Straight Bourbon, often aged for 14-15 years, featuring a mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley. Bottled at a robust 108 proof (54% ABV).
