Midwest Grain Products Distillery - H. Deringer Bourbon Whiskey Lawrenceburg, Indiana, USA Nose: Aromas of vanilla bean and caramel cream, dried fruit – cherry, fig and golden raisin with light oak, baking spice & a floral softness light rye spice hint. Palate: Caramelized sugar and red berries, spiced honey & sinnamon with hints of leather and toasted oak with a light oily texture with a warming spice towards the mid-palate FINISH: Medium length with lingering notes of sweet vanilla and light rye spice with a slight dryness and faint tannin and black tea notes. NOTES: Aged in new charred white oak casks, with the first release comprising only 2,987 bottles. The bourbon is presented in a crystal decanter designed by a renowned glass artist with a mash bill composed of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley.
