B.R. Distilling Company – Blue Note Honey Rye **LIMITED RELEASE** Memphis, Tennessee, USA NOSE: Very light apricot, vanilla, all spice, oak; warm honey notes. PALATE: Caramel, hints of apricot; oak; floral finish; all spice; wildflower honey; spice (rye) plays a significant role. FINISH: Soft and balanced; lingering hints of wildflower honey, vanilla, apple, spice; lightly floral and sweet but with rye/spice + oak grounding. NOTES: 95% rye, 5% malted barley. Finished in honey-infused barrels (American oak barrels that had held barrel-aged honey).
