Palate: A buttery mouthfeel with hints of oak, caramel, sea salt and rye. The spice emerges later in the sip, with the sea salt being notably pronounced.
Finish: Medium to long, characterized by oak wood, cinnamon & sea salt with a lingering impression of baking spices & a touch of maritime influence.

Notes: After initial aging in #3 char barrels, it is double-barreled in a combination of 75% char #3 barrels and 25% toasted barrels. The whiskey is then placed aboard ships, embarking on a global voyage that exposes it to varying temperatures, humidity levels, and the constant motion of the sea, all of which influence its flavor profile.
