Dark Arts Whiskey House – Dark Arts Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon Lexington, Kentucky, USA NOSE: Baking spices (cinnamon/allspice), vanilla, caramel, light oak/char, maybe leather/hint of rye grain depending on barrel. PALATE: Rich caramel and vanilla core, charred oak/aged oak underlying, maybe leather, rye spice, allspice. FINISH: Long, with dry leather or oak tannins, toffee, lingering spice and oak.
