NOTES: Expect a sweet, dessert-forward rye with strong maple syrup influence, holiday spice (nutmeg, cinnamon), amburana wood character (warm cinnamon, subtle exotic wood influence), candied orange/cherry, caramel/praline. The rye grain backbone keeps it from being pure dessert – there’s spice and oak depth.
