NOTES: Built around the legacy of the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition in Chicago and the 125th anniversary of the Field Museum. Journeyman collaborated directly with the museum and researched ingredients connected to botanicals and flavors introduced during the 1893 Chicago World’s Fair. Their distillers used their award-winning “Last Feather Rye” as the base whiskey and infused it with Black Mission figs — one of the oldest known sweeteners — to create a rye that feels both historical and modern.
