Subtle rye spices emerge, leaning towards cinnamon, followed by delicate almond note, characteristic of well-aged Canadian ryes. FINISH: A long, lingering finish where the sherry influence becomes more pronounced, adding depth and balancing the sweetness. The interplay of sweet, spicy, and slightly sour elements creates a complex and satisfying conclusion. NOTES: A distinctive blend of equal parts 6-year-old MGP rye and 21-year-old Palliser Canadian rye, finished in port and sherry casks.
