PALATE: Rich & intense: oak forward; strong proof adds heat; sweet spices like cinnamon; some fruity hints; butter / melted butter texture; maybe Big Red gum or other nostalgic candy notes. FINISH: Finish leans spicy (especially cinnamon), oak & sweetness; darker flavors dominate; some hints of citrus or red fruit toward the end. Complexity is enjoyed!
