PALATE: Rich, creamy, and mouth-coating with core flavors of red fruits (redcurrant, raspberry), green apple, pear, citrus peel with vanilla and toffee sweetness balanced by baking spices (clove, nutmeg, ginger), French oak tannin + barley grain depth. FINISH: Medium to long, slightly dry, lingering red fruit + apple, peppercorn and baking spice, tannic oak (wine cask influence) and ends with a refined, wine-accented fade.
